Data Categories, Purposes & Legal Bases
- Contact form data: name, email, company, role, message (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR) to answer inquiries and prepare contractual cooperation.
- Server log files: IP address (shortened), date/time, user agent (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) to ensure system security and prevent abuse. Logs are retained for 30 days.
- Analytics: If you consent (“Accept all”), we use Microsoft Clarity for usage analysis (session recordings, heatmaps). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent).
Processors
We engage processors for hosting (European data centers) and analytics (Microsoft Clarity). Processing agreements are in place.
Retention
Contact data is retained for the duration of the inquiry and statutory retention periods (usually six years). If no cooperation materializes, data will be erased after 12 months at the latest.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing. Complaints can be filed with your local supervisory authority.
